Big Brainz
I already mentioned TimezAttack by these guys. Now they have division and soon they will have addition and subtraction by the end of the year. These are top notch games even if you only use the free version. The paid versions offer different graphics. The students will love playing these interactive games and yet still be learning math. http://www.bigbrainz.com/
